Is the shipping really free?
Yes, every online retail order ships for free. We usually ship using UPS Ground or USPS Priority. If you have a preference, leave an order note. We usually select the service that will get it there sooner.
What is your replacement policy if I lose a wire?
We offer a lifetime wire replacement guarantee. If you lose a wire for whatever reason, simply contact us, and we’ll send you a free replacement, ensuring your set remains complete.
