If something’s not right, we’ve got you covered with our hassle-free return and replacement policy.Not Happy? We’ll Make It Right.

If you’re not thrilled with your product for any reason, let us know within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at lisa@rightwiretools.com (mailto:lisa@rightwiretools.com), and we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.  Just ship the item back to us in its original condition (used or unused, we’re flexible!) to PO Box 172, Poughquag, NY 12533].  If there’s a problem with your product, we will cover return shipping costs, and we’ll handle the rest. Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
